Professional Assurance and Testing, Inc. provided quality control inspection and testing during

construction of 12 miles of County Route 109 (Sir Francis Drake Blvd.), including rehabilitation of Drakes

Beach, Lighthouse, Chimney Rock, South Beach, and North Beach parking lots. Additionally, the mainline

portion of the project included construction of a new precast bridge at Schooner Creek. The also project

included cold recycling of the existing surface and placement of new asphalt at a depth of 3”, numerous

drainage improvements, and reinforced soil slopes in failed areas along the Route.
