Professional Assurance and Testing, Inc. is providing quality control management, inspection, and

testing during construction of 12 miles of Tioga Road, including rehabilitation of 16 parking lots between

Olmstead Point and Gaylor Pit Road. Additionally, the mainline portion of the project includes

construction of two new precast box culverts along Tioga and Soda Springs Roads. The also project

includes cold recycling of the existing surface, placement of new asphalt at a depth of 3”, numerous

drainage improvements, and nearly 80,000 lineal feet of slip formed curb and gutter.
